ReadieBee sells digital printable learning products, including PDF workbooks, activity packs, flashcards, and digital educational bundles. Because our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

·       Digital files that have already been delivered

·       Downloadable PDF workbooks or activity packs

·       Accidental purchases after the file has been accessed

·       Duplicate purchases caused by customer error

·       Products purchased during special offers, bundles, or upsells

When We May Help

We want every customer to have a positive experience. Please contact us if:

·       You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it yet

·       You did not receive your download link

·       Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened

·       You were charged more than once for the same product

·       You experience a technical problem with your order

If there is a confirmed technical issue or duplicate charge, we may offer a replacement file, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@readiebee.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
